Coached Open Water Session

Where: Mallory Park Circuit

 

When: Available Thursday or Friday evenings 6.15-7.30pm

 

What: The session is ideal for intermediate to advanced triathletes who would like some specific structure to their Open Water sessions.

The key aim of the session is to ensure athletes can cope with the race day environment and ensure their pool swimming transfers across. The session will therefore include a variety of intensities, group swimming, sighting, turning around boys and starts.

Attending athletes are expected to be comfortable completing 2.5k+ swim sets and have experience swimming in Open Water.

The session is led by British Triathlon Level 3 coach Chris Hine.

Coached Swim session

Where: Atherstone Leisure Complex, West Midlands

 

When: Available Monday evenings 7-8.15pm

 

What: The session is ideal for intermediate to advanced triathletes who would like an effective environment for their key sessions and have coaching cut to improve swim efficiency.

Session aims will be periodised based on the triathlon season and individualised to the athlete attending.

Places are limited to 3 per lane.

The session will be most effective for athletes swimming faster than 9 minutes per 400m. Should you need more individual technical support the 1:1 session is advised.

The session is led by British Triathlon Level 3 Coach Chris Hine.

Coached Swim session

Coached Cycling Session

Where: Mallory Park Circuit

 

When: Wednesday evenings 5.45-7pm (You can arrive slightly later than the start time if needed)

 

What:

This session is designed to improve your skills and give you opportunity to ride a structured session on a closed road circuit.

We generally begin on a small technical circuit developing bike handling and then move onto a session on the full loop.

It is predominantly athletes competing in drafting racing who partake in the session currently however we can accommodate non drafting athletes too.

Coached Cycling Session

Where: Mallory Park Circuit

 

When: Wednesday evenings 5.45-7pm (You can arrive slightly later than the start time if needed)

 

What: This session is designed to improve your skills and give you opportunity to ride a structured session on a closed road circuit.

We generally begin on a small technical circuit developing bike handling and then move onto a session on the full loop.

It is predominantly athletes competing in drafting racing who partake in the session currently however we can accommodate non drafting athletes too.

Please bring a front and rear light with you to the session.

Coached Run Session

Where: Mallory Park Circuit

 

When: Thursday evenings 6-7pm

 

What: This session is for all abilities. Over the winter months, the sessions will be ran on the floodlit track and when the light permits, it will be on a variety of surrounding trails, grass and the track once more. Meet at the cabins and the session will start at 6pm.

From October to March please being a headtorch with you.

Coached Run Session

Where: Mallory Park Circuit

 

When: Thursday evenings 6-7pm
