1:1 Swim Coaching

When:

  • Friday 1400-1500

What:

  • Improving efficiency in the water is a key training outcome for all athletes the extent of which depends on the athletes training status and how their mechanics look in the water. This session helps to identify what area an athlete should prioritise and give them a clear explanation on why it will help along with a toolkit to use to help improve it.

Who:

  • Any athlete who wants to improve their swim leg by gaining better understand of freestyle mechanics.

Where:

  • Whitwick and Coalville Leisure Centre

How to book

  • Bookings are made via the booking site Gymcatch. Here you can purchase bundles of 3 or 5 1:1 sessions. This allows time for the athlete to follow up coaching points from the session which we can reassess in the next one. After the bundle is purchased, we can book the dates you are available with the pool.
