1:1 Swim Coaching

Where: Atherstone Leisure complex

 

When: Available Saturday afternoons 1-3pm

 

What: this session is designed for athletes after some individualised coaching to improve the efficiency of their stroke. Moving through water is a lot more taxing than air and so versus cycling and running, efficiency for the swim leg plays an even greater part.

The session is split between diagnosing inefficient stroke components and feedback after subsequent drills, to help gain a greater awareness of what, how and why certain principles of the stroke may improve the athletes swimming.  Video feedback may be used if required. 

The session is led by British Triathlon Level 3 Coach Chris Hine.
